Call Waiting/Call Holding

Call Waiting and Call Holding are two parallel services that are activated by default to all MTN “PayAsYouGo” and Pay Monthly subscriber, allowing them to receive multiple voice calls simultaneously and switch between them or put them on hold while talking to the other.

To manage your call holding/waiting:

To get status: *#43# (send)
