Where registration is required, users must provide accurate, current, and complete information, update details promptly, notify MTN Sudan of unauthorized use, and avoid using another person’s account without permission.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.
MTN Sudan may collect personal, financial, and technical data for service delivery, billing, identity verification, compliance, and internal analysis.
MTN Sudan implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Information will not be sold or shared except as required by law or for service provision.
The application may contain links to external sites. MTN Sudan does not endorse or assume responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or any resulting damages.
MTN Sudan shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, data corruption, any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App or technical issues, except where liability cannot be excluded under Sudanese law.
MTN Sudan reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately without notice or court order for violations, including legal action if necessary.
Terms may be updated periodically. Users are advised to review them regularly.
If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable[HAAHCS-M-1] , remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the App is provided as is as available without warranties of any kind whether express or implied.
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between MTN Sudan and the user.
These Terms are governed by Sudanese law. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Khartoum, Sudan.
